Can I try ViralTree before paying?
Yes. Build, edit and preview a campaign draft without a card. Choose a paid plan when you are ready to publish and start collecting live sign-ups. A failed first payment leaves your draft intact.
What counts towards my contact limit?
Your plan covers contacts stored across your organisation’s workspaces, including imported contacts. The allowance is a total capacity, not a fresh allowance each month or campaign.
What happens if I reach my limit?
You get a warning as you approach your limit. At the limit, new contacts pause until you choose a larger plan. There is no automatic higher-tier charge. Existing contacts, referrals, answers and exports remain available.
Can I remove ViralTree branding?
Yes, on Scale. You can remove the ViralTree mark shown to campaign participants. Starter and Growth keep this mark.
Can I change my plan or cancel?
You can choose a larger plan in Team and plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Your data and exports remain available afterwards; new public sign-ups pause.
Are email and SMS included?
When email beta access is enabled for your account, Starter includes standard email templates, while Growth (£49/month) and Scale add custom HTML and reusable saved designs. Custom emails require your own verified sending domain. Team-created designs are quoted separately. Contact support to check beta availability for your account. SMS credits and extra email allowance are sold separately; availability and the final cost are shown before you buy.
