Questions
What counts as a “person”?
Someone stored on your list in a workspace. The same person joining several campaigns in one workspace counts once. The same email in another workspace counts again; we add all workspace totals across your organisation. Deleting a person reduces the stored count. There is no monthly or campaign reset. Clicks and campaigns are not billed.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Free includes 250 people, with a warning at 200. You can optionally add a card and explicitly authorise £27/month for Starter, with 1,000 total people including the first 250. This starts when person 251 joins. Without authorisation, new sign-ups pause at 250 and everything you’ve collected stays where it is — every person, referral and answer is still in your dashboard, searchable and downloadable as a CSV. You’ll see how close you are well before you get there. Your list is yours, on every plan, including the free one.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, from Team and plan. Revoke unused Starter authorisation before activation to prevent the first charge. For an active subscription, Stripe shows when cancellation takes effect; access continues through any paid period shown there, then you return to Free. There is no automatic refund or re-enrolment. Your data and exports remain available. Paid auto-grow is a separate setting: if enabled, Starter moves to Growth (£77/month) beyond 1,000 people.
